Third, the safety device of the sanding machine, do not remove at will, and do not place any non-working items on the workbench, such as wrenches, so as to avoid foreign matters getting stuck and causing damage to the machine.

Before the power switch is turned on, make sure that all switches are in the OFF position. Before normal operation, check the cleanliness and sharpness of the sand belt, check whether the installation direction of the sand belt is correct (the arrow pointing on the back of the sand belt is consistent with the steering of the rubber wheel), whether the sand belt specifications are applicable, whether the sand belt swing is moderate, and whether the sand belt tightness is moderate. Whether the conveyor belt running track is moderate, whether the conveyor belt tightness is moderate, whether the planer blade installation is correct and firm.

Five, before processing all the cover shall not be removed, must first determine whether the size of the wood is in the processing range of the machine, adjust the correct processing thickness, the wood is too thick, will cause the conveyor belt stuck, broken, the equipment can only be used for uniform thickness of the wood sanding, can not be used for the horizontal correction of the wood bending, and triangle, diamond and circular arc wood can not be processed, Be sure to pay attention to the workpiece can not have metal and other accessories, so as not to damage the machine.

6. During normal operation, please pay attention to the electric load of the ammeter at any time to prevent the machine from jumping due to overload or the sandpaper from being overwhelmed, resulting in the sand belt cracking or breaking.
Correction method: 1 slow down the speed of the sanding belt;
2 Replace the sandpaper with coarse sand grain;
3 Raise the position of the rubber wheel or sanding plate to reduce the amount of sanding.

7. When the operator works, once the workpiece is placed on the conveyor belt, the hands should leave immediately, the workpiece should be evenly pushed on the conveyor belt, the sand belt and the rubber wheel are evenly stressed, avoid unilateral wear, and shorten the applicable life of the sand belt and the rubber wheel.

Eight, the sanding machine table under the adjustment of the use of computer digital lifting controller operation, table adjustment is strictly prohibited beyond the adjustment of the controller, can not manually adjust the height of the table, so as not to cause the table tilt or lifting controller data error, conveyor belt speed using infinite speed adjustment, speed should be adjusted in the machine operation.

Nine, the work is finished, please be sure to clean the inside of the machine, clean the inside, be sure to remove the sandpaper, to be cleaned up, and then put the sandpaper on. It is recommended to relax the sand belt after the end of the work, to avoid the sand belt in a long-term tightening state resulting in gradual relaxation.

10. New employees must be trained before they can operate the machine, and before the employee is fully familiar with the performance of the machine, they must be accompanied by old workers, and do not operate alone. The operator must shut down first to leave the post because of the matter, and stop talking with people in the operation.

Sander maintenance tips
1, the reducer first three months to change the reducer oil, after every 2000 hours of work to change the oil. The moving parts of the machine should be greased once a month.
2, the conveyor belt can not be too tight, otherwise it will make the conveyor shaft deformation and fracture, reduce the service life of the conveyor belt.
3, the machine should avoid direct sunlight, otherwise the UV putty will dry on the coating wheel, so that the coating wheel damage.
4. If the coating wheel is damaged faster, please replace the putty with a weaker corrosive force.
5. Clean the dust collection pipe and dust collection cover.
6, clean the press plate and press wheel... Use stiff brushes and rags.
7. Clean the conveyor belt and discharge the water in the air pressure water filter.
8, clean electric eye mirror... Wipe with lens cleaner and soft cotton cloth.
9. Clean the dust accumulated inside and around the machine.
10, clean the work table lifting screw and the dust on the chain.
11, safety system before starting the machine, be sure to test all safety switches are normal.
12, check and test the brake system every week to avoid the "emergency stop" can not be executed.
