product description
In recent years, with the popularization of irrigation machines in agricultural production, landscaping maintenance, forest fire fighting and other work, people's use of irrigation machines has been increasing, and the number of irrigation machines has also been increasing. When irrigation machines are in use, they inevitably encounter some malfunctions, which makes many users feel troubled. When irrigation machines malfunction, the first thing we do is to dismantle them and check the components that may have malfunctioned. When we know which component has malfunctioned, we need to reinstall the irrigation machine. Therefore, the disassembly and assembly of irrigation machines is a common technical task for irrigation machine users. So, what are the steps for the disassembly and assembly of irrigation machines? Today, the editor of Koripu Irrigation Machine will help you unravel the mystery.
Steps for disassembly and assembly:
1. Remove the saw blade.
2. Remove the throttle rope from the handle, unscrew the four M8 nuts on the clutch housing, and separate the engine from the implement.
3. Disassembling the engine:
(1) Remove the oil delivery pipe from the carburetor.
(2) Remove the fuel tank and oil switch.
(3) Remove the carburetor.
(4) Remove the muffler.
(5) Remove the air guide cover.
(6) Remove the spark plug cover and remove the spark plug.
(7) Remove the vortex shell and disconnect the wires.
(8) Remove the cylinder block and gasket.
(9) Rotate and tighten the nut of the fan, and use a puller to remove the fan.
(10) Rotate and tighten the two nuts of the magnetic motor flywheel, and use a puller to remove the flywheel.
(11) Remove the magnetic motor base plate.
(12) Unscrew the 4 M6 bolts on the crankcase and heat the crankcase assembly in oil or an oven to 150 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Hold the crankcase in hand and gently tap the crankshaft with a wooden hammer to remove the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism from the crankcase.
(13) Remove the piston ring.
(14) Remove the locking ring.
(15) Heat the piston assembly in engine oil or oven to 150 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, and use appropriate tools to remove the piston pin and piston.
4. Dismantling tools:
(1) Loosen the nut and remove the clutch.
(2) Loosen the M8 nut and M6 screw, and remove the gearbox.
(3) Loosen the 4 M5 screws and remove the pressure cover.
(4) Remove the large gear and gear shaft.
(5) Remove the retaining ring, tighten it with an M8 nut on the process thread at the tail of the small gear shaft, and pull out the small gear shaft with the housing end face as the force surface.
(6) Loosen the 4 M6 nuts, use a hammer (with a wooden block) to strike the rotating shaft, and pull out the drive shaft from the other end of the sleeve.
(7) Loosen the retaining ring, tap the other end of the sleeve, and remove the clutch disc. Separate the sleeve from the clutch housing (generally not necessary to disassemble).
The assembly sequence is opposite to the disassembly sequence.
